Billing Policy

  • Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly anniversary period. For example, if your website was opened on July 7th, payment will be due on the 7th of each month.

  • You can pay for your subscription by credit card. This payment method is the easiest and fastest way to pay for our services. You simply enter your credit card number in your administration console in the [Account\Payment Properties] menu and you can start using your website right away.

  • Billing and collection take place simultaneously. The invoice is sent to your administration space when your card is debited. You won't receive multiple bills (this is part of our commitment to simplifying procedures and minimizing costs). If the system is unable to collect your subscription fees with the credit card you have chosen, the site will be temporarily closed to the public. It will be reopened as soon as your subscription fees are settled.

  • To put it more clearly, if you no longer want to use our services, all you have to do is delete your personal payment information from the system. That's all there is to it. You don't need to send a registered letter or go through any long, drawn out procedures!

  • Our billing system checks to see that it can collect the sum corresponding to your subscription several days before the billing date. If it is not able to so, the system will send you a notification email. If there is no reply, you will receive another email 5 days later. If these emails go unanswered, you E-Commerce site will be closed to the public.

  • When your E-Commerce site is reopened after being temporarily shut down, you will not be billed for the unused period. Example: You open your E-Commerce site on July 7th and you don't provide payment information despite our notifications. Your site is automatically closed on August 7th. On October 25th you enter your credit card number into the system. You site will be opened within the hour. You will be billed for the period from October 25th to November 25th and will pay nothing for the period from August 7th to October 25th.
