Oxatis, leading E-Commerce solution provider in Europe, announces the appointment of Philippe Leroy, former head of EBP, as General Manager.
After raising €4 million in capital this past June, Oxatis announces the arrival of Philippe Leroy as General Manager. The former head of EBP, Philippe Leroy has demonstrated his talent for strategic development at Microsoft France and EBP in the same start-up and SMB markets that Oxatis targets.
Alongside Marc Schillaci, Oxatis founder and CEO, he aims to bolster the company's leading position in the European E-Commerce market, bring his expertise to a structure that will see employee numbers grow from 40 to 100 in the short term and expand the development of its operations with stakeholders and partners in the E-Commerce ecosystem.

| Oxatis Raises 4 Million Euros in Investment Funds! |

Oxatis, European leader in e-commerce solutions, raises €4 million from Crédit Agricole Private Equity and A Plus Finance
Barely two years after its first funding round in May 2008, Oxatis, European leader in e-commerce solutions, has raised a further €4 million. Crédit Agricole Private Equity will provide €2.5 million and A Plus Finance, the company's historical investor, €1.5 million.
The new capital will give Oxatis the resources to progress its platform concept and extend its offering to other complementary businesses within its ecosystem.

This spring, Oxatis will be exhibiting at the Business StartUp expo on May 20th and 21st at ExCeL in London.
Business StartUp was designed to support start-up, fledging and growing businesses in all aspects of running a business and making it successful. With the same goal in mind, Oxatis will be welcoming visitors at stand 512 to explain to these small businesses the benefits of branching out online.
Oxatis will be also holding a seminar entitled "Make Your Website Work for You" (time to be announced).
